CraftSpeech AI ("the Service") is an AI-powered speech writing tool operated by Goventrix LLC. The Service generates personalized speech drafts based on information you provide.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time charges. If you are not satisfied with your speech, contact us within 7 days at admin@goventrix.com for a full refund.
The speeches generated by the Service are owned by you, the user. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated speeches freely. We retain no rights to your generated content.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Speeches are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be factually accurate or appropriate for all audiences. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your speech before delivery.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Goventrix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
